The Story of the Wolf & Raven
Wolves & Ravens have a very unique relationship.
Among the Norse, to see a wolf and raven together was considered good luck, and a good omen for success in an upcoming battle.
In the wild they share a symbiotic relationship, which means they both benefit from what they give to each other. The raven and the wolf coexist with a certain sense of harmony and understanding, while the predator provides scavenging opportunities for the bird, and the bird may be welcome company on the coldest of nights.
So, what better omen to invest in for your upcoming journey, right?

I live in the Lake District where I spend all my free time in the wilderness, climbing mountains, wild swimming or in the pub lol. However, if you can’t find me here, you’ll find me in Scotland, where my heart lies. I will be nestled among historical ruins, gothic architecture or living my best Game of Thrones fantasy strolling around grand castles wearing some flamboyant cape-like coat, or in the pub lol.
I am an extremely down to earth and creative photographer, I aspire to work with real couples in order to capture images that are truly representative of you both. I don’t like to inflict anything too forced or staged, as I like to capture your wedding day in a documentary style, fly on the wall type way. Utilising creative angles whilst photographing those little moments that you may not even realise are happening - a touch of a hand, a cheers of a glass, an ugly laugh (you know the ones!), all the while having a craic with your guests, and thoroughly enjoying my time spent with you and your loved ones at your wedding day, this is not just a job for me but an absolute passion and a pleasure. Post production, I like to provide you with a gallery full of creativeness and variety in terms of editing, so that you can look through and think “this one would work well in the living room” “this one we can give to parents” “new profile pic” etc.

Times are changing and we are entering an era where no two weddings are the same, and I applaud this. The more out there, the more individual, the more unique your wedding, the more I will thrive. I take my time to get to know my couples and understand your vision, so that I enter your wedding day not just as a supplier, but as a friend.

My aim throughout your day is to capture you both in the most authentic way possible. A documentary styled approach which results in images that truly translates to how you are as a couple.
I want to capture the natural interactions between you both and your families – whether he is moving a piece of hair from your face, or whether you’re raising a glass with your parents – I want to capture laughter in a way that you can hear the image whenever you see it. I want to capture you and your family in your wedding day bubble that is unique to yourselves and every time you look at your images you’re transported back into that bubble.
I want images that will be timeless in your eyes and that when you show them to future generations you can say “that was us”, and they will see that, even if you don’t look anything like the images anymore…
…they will know it was you.
